The Classes

Tuition at West Georgia Dance Center LLC is based on the full season (August–May) with an average of 35 classes per season. Tuition fees are divided into 10 equal monthly installments, automatically charged to the card on file on the 1st of each month.

Tuition is non-refundable and is not based on a student’s attendance.

A 30-day written notice is required to withdraw from any class. Written withdrawal requests must be sent via email to [email protected].

Please note: Even with a written withdrawal request, you are still responsible for the remaining balance on the 10-month tuition installment plan.

Please see Dress Code under the “About” section on our Website. If student consistently attends class without proper attire & shoes- The WGDC staff maintains the right to ask the student to sit down during class time without refund to the parent.  

All monthly tuition payments, registration fees, recital deposit, and recital balances will be auto-drafted to the card on file. You will be emailed a receipt after each transaction is auto-drafted to the email address on file. Tuition will automatically be debited using the card on file on the 1st of each month and is considered late if it is not paid by the 5th.  A late of $25 will be applied to all accounts with a balance past the 5th of each month.
